Peter Vallance, MD
Managing Director of Vallance Construction since first registration in 1980, he has worked in building and construction since 1975. Early on, he was employed as a site agent for Alfred McAlpine on a 52 week, multi million project in Farnborough. He then moved on to work with John Sisk on several large projects such as Butlins Hotel in Bayswater, the Kuwait Embassy in Knightsbridge and Sir Norman Foster on private apartments and a Travel Lodge in Battersea. He later founded P.A. Vallance Construction Ltd and the company has worked as an approved sub-contractor for the likes of Taylor Woodrow, Barratt Homes, Berkley Homes, Miller Homes, Charles Church, Crest Nicholson, CDC2020, Redrow and more. In 2005, PA Vallance Construction was employing 24 operatives and supervising on site, mainly occupied new build homes. He has been renovating many houses, including Victorian and Georgian properties.
